RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Please inspect your artwork immediately after delivery. Orders damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded ASAP. Simply contact the studio within 48 Hours of delivery to inform us of the situation and to discuss a refund or replacement, and then ship it back to us in the original box within 7 days.
* Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense, but don’t worry we’ll refund the return shipping costs as soon as the artwork is returned.
** Orders returned to the studio due to no fault of the shipper (i.e. incorrect or insufficient shipping address given, failed delivery attempts.) May require an additional shipping charge to resend.
I provide tracking numbers for my clients on all shipments.
Please make sure you check that you provided the correct mailing address, also please make sure your artwork is delivered to a secure location.
(It is the buyer’s responsibility to track and plan for the arrival of your purchased artwork. Sorry I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages) Again tracking will be provided.
